[Closed] How much does a turkeys liver weigh?

I cannot get Turkey liver so I'm substituting it with chicken liver. Any suggestions on how much to use?
Making stuffing btw.

Sure a turkey would have a lot bigger liver than a chicken. ...plus how many units a week did it drink?

I'm making the stuffing. My sister is making the turkey but has only bought a crown. Complicated Christmas family logistics. Thanks everyone.

Even free range birds tend not to have the giblets with them these days. Pah. What's a man to do for gravy?
