**** loads. It's a decent appetite suppressant, which is good if you're a pie-aholic like me.

1 mug of powdered first thing, any more than that and I get migraines.
I can get away with quite a few mugs of tea during the day though, so it's not the caffeine

About 1.5 - 2 litres.
But i'm not too sure that decaf instant actually counts as coffee though, it's more sort of brown water colouring.

2 or 3 during the day at work and 1 or 2 cups of tea before and after work.

Never drink coffee after about 5 as it keeps me awake.

I've had three espressos already. Will have a couple of filter ones at work, then maybe 2 more at home later.

I only drink filter coffee: 4-5 per diem at work to avoid falling asleep; 1-2 on a weekend or holiday.

Buzz - I can see that the coffee is having adverse effects on you. You can't even remember what language we use on this forum.

At work: usually a cappuccino in the morning from the canteen (surprisingly good actually) then one of my own cafetiere coffees in the afternoon.

At home: usually 2 large mugs a day, depends if I have coffee at the bike shop or round at my landlords house (both make excellent proper coffee!)

I try to limit it to 2 large mugs a day though.

A large one for breakfast, a cappuccino after lunch, and as little as possible after.

Except I just bought a new grinder and I keep having to test it out ... :-((

1 in the morning, occassionally one a lunch. Might have one after dinner if we have gone out, but try not to after 3pm-ish...

can do easy 6 mugs+ of tea though; more in the winter when it's cold, less in summer...

3-4 cups of filter in the morning, to kick me into life....no coffee after lunch time

Had a cup of instant for the first time in years this morning (had to get up at 4am), instant is not coffee, there's no comparison...yuck

About four to six mugs of tea a day here. I love proper coffee, but it makes me jittery.

Instant coffee is ok, but it should be called a different name, like instant sortofcoffee

4-5 mugs of filter coffee for me, it's the only way I can regulate my energy and sleep patterns. I tried coming off it but ended up unable to sleep at night and unable to work in the day.

A mug from one of these first thing in the morning, then usually nothing more.
