Cost £3m to build, no idea of service costs, has done 621,551 nMiles in service....
Travelling by ship is the most expensive per passenger mile so I imagine its pretty horrendous!
I think the royal navy pack them on a bit tighter than stena line though...

Probably not, running a train through the tunnel is cheep, digging a tunnel in the first place isn't. The pricing is probably as high as the market will bear, and I'm guessing it'll be a very long time until its profitable!
