[Closed] How long for e-commerce to take the money?

I paid for a Wiggle order 16 working days ago with a Visa debit card. The item's been delivered. No money's been taken from my account. CRC on the other hand, showed up as a debit in the (same) account within minutes.

This is an account I only use for online shopping so transfer cash to it to make purchases. Usually has a balance of around a tenner.
