Don't really sell a lot of stuff but thought I'd get my finger out and get some stuff on! One item was a buy it now and one a three day auction. Different buyers but neither payed yet! How long do you tend to give before
1/ you perhaps give them a nudge
2/ sack em off and relist?
Thought with the buy it now they'd have paid straight away for some reason.

There is an option of paying immediately when buy it now is used.
I'll give the buyer three days to pay after sending payment request- especially at a weekend (people may be away for the weekend, visiting family etc).
If no joy i'll send a payment request every day and after three days send a final request. If nothing then i'll offer a second chance offer to whoever came second.
If still no joy then re-list it!
Report em to Ebay, they can be removed if they keep wasting peoples time ๐Ÿ˜‰

You can do an advanced search on their user name that often gives some clues.

I found one of my buyers had won another auction for a similar item which explained their lack of payment.

i recently recieved some negative feedback on ebay, the guy won the auction on friday night,i sent him a gentle reminder on sunday night,he paid monday morn,i posted tuesday and he got it weds, but left me negative feedback for chasing him and being rude (which i wasnt)the ebay feedback system is poor-its biased towards buyers-i think they should plit feedback scores for buyers and sellers,it would be much fairer, there are a lot of timewasters out there tho, good luck!

Usually I'd give people a week before I chase or remind them, but then again I am generally quite a slack arse

Sold about a dozen items recently all ending same Sun night. All but one paid within 24 hours. Tuesday sent reminder / invoice. Thursday asked if a problem. Friday night they paid and apologised for delay.

Don't know what the problem was but I would have second chanced or re listed after a week.

Mmm one item Is a bit niche (early release fragrance) and looking at their feedback and previous sales I wonder if they've bought to take impetuous off items they're selling?? Sneaky ****er!! Anyhoo better pay up soonish as funds already allocated towards bike requirements. ๐Ÿ˜†
