I've done everything apart from the final part of lifting the limits, and I'm expecting to sell quite a few bits and pieces on Ebay over the next few months.
But I can't see how to get my limits lifted from the initial £1700 that they allow, I have got everything else ticked off on their list but I can't find a button to get these limits lifted. Can anyone help please?

"Have you lifted your withdrawal and receiving limits? Just log in to your PayPal account, go to the Account Overview page and click View Limits[b]."

Yup done that, then there's no further way of continuing! Its wierd it is!
