Faststone is great for resizing. Can't get the rotate to work though ๐Ÿ™

i'm with sfb - the powertoy for it's wick and super easy. definitely that.

brilliant WCA....

i found an easier way. if you've got (or even if you haven't) the files in flickr, zooomr etc you can select the file and reduce the size of it. then right-click and save onto your computa!
