need to reset password but wants to send it to an old email address i nolonger have access to.how do i get it to send to a new address or just set up a new account 😐

What's your email ad password, and do you use the same one for you paypal account?

no the problem is i have forgot the password, and i have no paypal account

Are you on Firefox? Try tools>options>security>passwords.

You can go through the help centre to get you password reset. Just follow the instructions on the log on page
