Been getting cold toes recently ..maybe an age thing, but I'd like to buy some instant heat sachets to carry with me when out on longer rides. Plenty of brands available but feedback is varied and many appear unreliable. Just wondered if any brand has proven to be consistently good? Thanks in advance.

I'd look at heated insoles/socks.

Are you using SPDs? Because flats are much warmer.

How tight do you fasten your shoes that can have an effect.
