Having no end of problems with siteground.
Isit possible to take our shop email address to someone new? If so ,is it difficult and who is good?

Yes you can move. I've been with NetHosted for 5 years and they're so good I've never had t give it a second thought.

Yep just need to update your mx record to point to their email server. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/MX_record
