[Closed] Home insurance comparison sites.....

Are crap for comparisons if you have 1 or 2 expensive bikes...they mostly ignore that criteria, so then you have to go into each specific site and get to the point where that business doesn't want a bike worth more than £5k on the books... Spent 4 hours going round and round...

Think I'll sack it and just go with £470 for M&S...

Not a new type thread...rant about something insurance related

Hmm.
My M&S renewal was taking the pee at £470 odd too.
So I've just swapped to Barclays, for less than half that amount, and they do bikes up to £2500 and it made no difference to the quote for me whether I included the bike or not.

thanks for tip...what about bikes over £5000 ?

If it's a renewal just get a new quote from M&S and let the old M&S one expire. It'll be cheaper and you'll get the £4k cover per bike.
