Having two young kids tends to eat up most of my time, but given a half hour off...

Another Finn sailor here and crossfit a couple of times a week. Home time is spent looking after kids, housework and tv I'm afraid. Not much free time to be honest.

In the small amount of time I get between working and cycling I twang guitar, not fantastically well , but I enjoy it.
