Does any one have this setup and should i be concerned about the weight? It's an early 1900's terrace (2 up 2 down style).

Depends what you've got up there surely?

I used to have a smith machine + bench and weights in an upstairs room.

Proper floorboards and early 1900's I wouldn't worry. If the kit your going for is that big and heavy you wouldn't get it up teh stairs anyway!

By coincidence I've bought a rowing machine today. First day it hasn't rained in two weeks as well so looks like I might not even need it ๐Ÿ˜‰

Depends on your total weight, weight in one spot and whether your neighbours will want to beat you to death for being a noisy pain in the arse.

Weight shouldn't be a big problem. I had 300+lbs of weight in a bedroom (which sound a lot but it's only the weight of a fat bloke).

For controlled stuff like squats and bench presses that's not a big deal. I wouldn't (and didn't) want to start slamming stuff around doing deadlifts or olympic lifts (not that you'd have the height for the latter presumably).

I did put down a layer of chipboard for extra reinforcement though.
