Any holiday/caravan park owners on here? We have a few on site here and are looking for some information/advice. We undestand our core market very well, just getting our head round the caravan business model.

if you're looking at statics the main thing is to sell people units so that they pay the capital costs for you (and you can make them pay ground rent/leccy/drainage each year) and you then let the units for them for 'x' weeks a year and take a percentage of the rental income too.
The big money is in the initial van sales and then talking people into buying another one every 3-5 years so they maintain rental income as they can charge more for a newer van.
