Just called the above on their 0845 number and after navigating several menus was left waiting 15 minutes before hanging up!
Tried their international number and was connected within 3 rings!
Just thought I would share.

This site is useful: Say No to 0870, lists geographical equivalents to lots of 0845/0870 etc
