It's the Boy's birthday, and with his birthday money he's wanting a bigger telly to play Xbox on.

Looking for 32" max, preferably built in DVD but not essential. As it's for gaming, I guess LCD/LED rather than plasma.

He's got about £150 to spend.

Take a look on here for good deals: http://www.hotukdeals.com/audiovisual/deals/hot

Might be able to stretch to a 40" from Richer Sounds.

Why on earth would you want a built-in DVD player if he's already got an Xbox?

I bought a 32" LED tele from Argos a couple of weeks ago. I think the brand name is LG ? Was £100, they claimed marked down from £140. Seems fine so far, but no inbuilt DVD.

32" TVs are like 26" wheels, why not check out eBay? There's bound to be loads of high end 'small' screen TVs going cheap as people upgrade to something new and shiny.

I'd like to upgrade at some point and my 32" Panasonic that was very shiny 7 years ago will be going on there. I'd be surprised if it gets close to £100.

Edit: I also have 26" wheels. Sigh.

Looks like the HKC might be edging it
