After being let down by our conservatory company i am trying to make a replacement part for the door hinge. The problem is I need to buy a length of aluminium bar with the same profile as the picture below. Any ideas where I might find such a bar?

Local engineers should be able to knock you one of those us pretty easily
how long do you need it ? If not too long any engineering comp with a cnc machine could knock that up in minutes.

You could try some of the profile manufacturers like Gooding or Alco but they probably won't have it and will have a minimum order. Tricky if you just need a little bit.
I need about a metre length of it. Anyone recommend me an engineering company that does little jobs in the Surrey area?
