I'm 6'1", mrsmoosehead is 5' and half an inch. She says it is a very important half an inch.

So that's a 12.5" difference.

Me not quite 6 foot, her just over 5 feet, we dont share many clothes, I cant get in her car till the seat is moved back , she cant reach the pedals in mine till the seat is all the way forward, she would not ge able to ride the tracer

We're both 5'8". She claims to be taller though. I think I just look lower to the ground. Either way it's 'no difference' imo or 'noticeable' in her opinion.

14cm* to my advantage

(mrs farmer comes from Bavaria so we don't do inches in this household 😉 )

She's about 1/2" taller than me, but her legs are considerably longer than mine.

I'm 5ft 2ish, husband is 6ft 6. We can't share bikes, and if we use the same car there's quite a bit of setting up to do on changeover...

6'1" vs 5'3"

Thankfully the mrs has a flat head, which I used to be able to rest a pint of Guiness on. Since the weans came along we don't go out drinking so much....

😕
Very heightist round here.

Heightism is worse than homophobia and racism combined.

I'm only 4" taller, she is 5'5" I'm 5'9" (she is older than me so that is my excuse)
Me too. But we have the same leg length, which means we don't have to move the seat in the car, just the rear view mirror

Similar here - I'm a shortarse 5'6", Zoe is 5'3" but same leg length. Oddly, don't need to move the mirror either as she sits forward in the seat and I sit back.

More oddly, at 5'6" I'm the tallest member of my (blood) family.

4" or so, legs are around the same length which makes some degree of bike sharing a bit easier- no saddle height adjustment needed.

I'm 5' 8" my wife's 5'6". Luckily, she doesn't wear heels very often as I know it's stupid but I hated her being taller than me when she wore shoes like that (when we were younger).

2" difference means I have a 2nd seatpost and saddle for her Inbred meaning I have an sneaky n+1 🙂

About an inch I'm 5'8 ish n she's 5'7

Longer legs than me# which ain't hard. Has the car seat closer than me though as this is apparently due to and I quote my vast bulk.

#Also as a disclaimer her legs are longer and lovelier

I'm one of the few with a taller wife, I'm 6', wife is 6' 3", and she earns more than me (much more). No insecurities here, just wish she'd earn even more and I could buy more bikes.

6'2" mrs is 5'6" (which she tells me isn't short) close when we're off out (her in heels) but she don't half seem short when we're barefoot.
