Looking at a new TV. Only need a 19" as its for the dining room & for going in the caravan when we go on hols.
Whats the advantage of a 1080P resolution or does it not matter on one with a smaller screen...?
Dont think you'll find a 1080p on that size, you will have to settle for 720. Which on a 19" screen will be good enough anyway...
agree with freeman. You won't get a 1080p on such a small screen.
Resolution will more than likely be 1440x800 on a 19" inch, which will allow you to get 720p. That will be good enough quality.
What freeman says - it's on 32inch plus you'll really see any difference.
And you'd need High Def feed to utilise it anyway.
Think there are some nice little ones about - think Humax do one with a dvd and hdd recorder in (or was it just freeview and the hdd recorder...) built in - that might be good for the caravan - one box to carry about, catch up on all those missed episodes of Emmerdale on the hdd recorder....
Cheers chaps.
