I don't believe his staff are allowed to directly address him and have to avert their gaze when in his presence. He's referred to as 'The Dark Lord' in the office and anyone who speaks without first being spoken to is ritually slaughtered. Or at least that's how I imagine he runs things...

About 4 or 5 years ago I went to a book tour talk by Lord David Owen when he was pushing "The Hubris Syndrome: Bush, Blair & the Intoxication of Power". Im not sure I ended up buying a copy as the talk was pretty straight forward and covered pretty much what you'd expect it to.
