Any sufferers?
Ive started to get niggles after long (ish) rides; and can be sore for 24hr or so. Stretching, RICE etc
Does not seem too bad, but dont want to break myself. Unfortunatly I have to ride on a regular basis due to car swapping with the wife etc.
Any advise; or experience from othe rsuferers?
