I'm donating my old Windows XP desktop to my grandad who wants to get on the internet - he's never used a computer before but is quite nifty on his mobile phone so reckon he'll pivk it up. I've looked on Amazon for some basic books (of which there are many) and seen a few that might suit him but was wondering if anyone can actually recommend one?
cheers
I have some handouts from my teaching days
Should be FREE courses where he lives as well try local college, library online centre etc for info.

I realise there's a certain irony in giving him an online course, but maybe his grandson can help him with it!
