Main game done so just the sub-missions to do now

No idea as I did loads of sub-missions already.
I'll check crew requests again in a bit and before I go to work.
Not sure headsets are that necessary but apparently you can scream down the headset when holding up liqueur stores to speed them up.
Map is bit but even with 16+ it seems enough going and that's just free play that uses the full maps, deathmatches shrink it down.
Has anyone got an apartment yet? What do they actually contain? Is there any point?

Means you can do jobs together and compete in certain matches, just a way to gain stats for the team.
I use a PS3 so if you're on Xbox you won't see me online 🙂

Can you be in more than one Crew? Already in my old FPS clan's crew [PONY] but only a few of us have GTA...
You can be in multiple crews but only one can be active at any one time.

At the moment am a little underwhelmed with the online part. It just seemed full of folk wanting to randomly drive me off the road, try to land their helicopter on me and shoot me. Hopefully missions and stuff are more teamy/friendly.
I'm wondering if we need a specific and dedicated STW crew where we all have to keep our STW names.. so we know who's who..
Not bought Xbox Live yet, I'm loathed to spend another £35 already. Still, I'm Humanhair in the crew....Andeh just isn't cyptic/badass enough for a homecidal maniac.

Basically play the game if you fancy create crew member only rooms or join crew member playing already. Plus do mission with crew member.
I may be on during the day tomorrow depending if I can sleep or not during the day.

Nope crew members aren't automaically friends but it shows which crew members are online.
Crew rooms can be created on the online mendu too.

Yes and no. They can rob gargaes and stores for cash, you can kill them before they get to an ATM but they only drop a small amount of cash.

Are crews mixes of people on Xbox and ps3? I'm on Xbox, most people seem to be talking about ps3. I've set up a crew but it's only me.....not sure that counts, crew is bigcarsteal if people are interested.

I asked this earlier. I'm fairly sure it's a no, as they're both different networks. It's a pity really. I wish there was some way to be able to play with gamers on both networks. Not sure it would ever happen though.
I know you can't mix the consoles when playing but can a crew have a mix, obviously you'd only be able to play with people in the crew with the same console.
I think you are simply you on rockstar social, you get to select ps3 or xbox to view things. Crews seems to consist of people irrespective of console, after all some people own both, but of course games can only be played on one console.
So you could be online shooting up another player who's on a different console?
The Crew works with both consoles but the actual gameplay doesn't work across platforms.

I use to get similar issues Iain once I replaced the Hard Drive I never had trouble since.
So I've bought a PS3 and played a GTA game for the first time in about 5 years. I am shite at it. Still more time to practice tomorrow.
