Probably unblocking and cleaning the shower drain because none of the idle bastards in the house can be bothered. It sure as hell is not my 2ft long lengths of hair clogging it up.

Nothing too grotty for a few days, but on Friday I'll be processing toe nails for fungal infections. I'll probably also check some urines for UTI, faeces for cryptosporidium and vaginal swabs for thrush and STD. Pretty standard stuff though.
