Yea I think they're single use.

I signed up with 2 different emails so had two codes. The one I posted above was a spare so would be good to know if someone's used it.

Isle of Wight and 1 at Wembley isn't it? getting anything presale or general release will be impossible, just assume your going and book accommodation and resale tickets cheap(er) a week before is always the best option
