The reptiles are getting through wellies at a prodigious rate, they pretty much live in them at home and they're lasting about 6weeks before springiy leaks, anything a bit more robust, suited to walking in out there that don't cost the earth? Guessing muck boot type things? But cheaper?

How old? My girls always had Crocs wellies. Really light and good quality. When they got a little older they had/still got Joules wellies.

Crocs are perfect for that age. Lightest wellies I have come across.

Now that it’s winter these may be worth a go. Our little one has has a couple of pairs and has been happy with them. I can’t attest to their durability on the scale of your kids usage though.

Ours are in decathlon wellies, sensibly priced and durable enough considering they grow out of most footwear within about 6 months...

Got a Mole Country Store nearby? If so, go there.

Decathlon. Both normal and ones with a thermal inner boot.
