[Closed] good pubs near delamere

anyone any suggestions for a good pub near delamere for a post go ape meal and drinks?
has to be child friendly and within the area (am not averse to travelling a short distance if it is good)

The Stamford Bridge on the A51 into Chester always seems pretty good when we go in.

I live on the edge of the Forest....
...best places as follows, in order:
Abbey Arms - good prices, nice food, family friendly
The Goshawk - fabulous food, more expensive, still family friendly
The Carriers - fab food, expensive, less family friendly
Have a good time - watch out for the last bit of Go-Ape!! You'll know what I mean when you've done it!!
