Probably heading down towards provence next summer, quite fancy having a ride up mont ventoux so just wondered if anyone knew of any decent kid friendly (ie playground & nice pool) sites withing riding distance.

I've only got the experience of passing though on cycle tours - I stayed at the one in Sault and didn't really rate it, although it was right on the closing few days of the season so them having locked up most of the facilities (but still taking the money) coloured my opinion of it a bit.
Seem to remember a reasonable choice of family-friendly sites at Vaison La Romaine and it being a nice town to hang out in too.

We stayed at a nice site in Buis Les Baronnies (sp?).
