Flock of Seagulls "I Ran..." just heard this for the first time in ages and TBH I reckon it still stands up pretty well today...better than the vid at least.

Sometime close to midnight on NYE, I danced the night awaaay to the disco remix of Fleetwood Mac's [i]Everywhere[/i]. I was pretty drunk and it all made perfect sense. 8)

Funny how lots of people think of Joy Division as an 80's band.

They were formed in 1976 and finished in 1980 after Ian's suicide. Great music though and well worth watching the film Control, about Ian Curtis and Joy Division.

Ooooh, so much loveliness i'd forgotten how wonderful the 80's were. The The, Uncertain Smile, brings back many happy memories and a fantastic piano riff by Jools, loving the Kate Bush vid as well
