I had some astonishing quince paste with the cheese course on Cathay recently.
I think this is the poshest thing I have ever read on the internet, ever.
@wallop 😆 Sadly, I can't remember what the port was... 😉
Thus speaks a man who's never tried [s]Stichelton[/s]Tunworth.
FTFY.
You won't live any longer it will just feel that way.smothered in flora
Lunch today is a brie and bacon bite, brie and bacon in puff pastry. A thing of wonder from the Delia frequented farm shop.

It's good, but it's not blue.
Just to ressurect this. Fir lunch I had some french stick cut in half, grilled initially to crisp it, then some dark fruit jam on the bread, thick cuts of brie on top and back under the grill to soften up the cheese.
Gooey taste loveliness.
Tucking into Stilton with a chilled crisp apple right now. Fantastic!
The cheese and marmalade omelette can be a wondrous thing if the flavours are balanced,
Eat in a pitta for perfection.
Award winning blue creamy cheese from Waitrose with sweet drinking Port is very nice. 😀
You can come on here with your fancy cheeses and combo’s but we all know that the premier cheeses are both dairylea and laughing cow straight from wrapper to mouth.
Noooo - cheese singles folded into 3! 😆
Oh yes, the old Vache qui rit sandwiched between two cream crackers. Or better still between two ginger nuts.
Dairylea is Council cheese 😆
