Has anyone suffered from this, had it for over a month nd cant get rid, been doctors today and he has diagnosed me with this, thought he was taking the p@@s, he said rest it do nothing at all, or it will go alot worse

I had this a few years ago. No improvement in about 5 months, so I went to the GP who referred me for Physio. This sorted it in a few weeks.
Go back to your GP and insist on a physio referral - it's unlikely to improve untreated. IME it's impossible to rest your elbow completely.

i play alot of golf and i have never heard or suffered from "golfers elbow! please elaborate
