Was given a couple of pigeons on Friday, so 'breasted' them earlier and made a pie which has just come out of the oven, smells delicious. Left the carcass or two in the garden for the Red Kites, or more likely the cat.

That's sounds lush xherbivorex!!

Spicy squash soup with giant croutons, followed by spaghetti and lentils with a tomato, garlic, lemon and chilli sauce, then a boozy cherry cake for pud.

And plenty of strong kentish cider and beer.

For the man with leftover Christmas Pudding, fry strips of it in butter. Yum.

I'm going to try the Cauliflower rice thing with a couple of lamb steaks. And peas.

gavtheoldskater

Soften onion and garlic in a pan, add cumin and anything else you fancy rinse lentils and add to onions. Then add cooked rice.

Tikka is jus yoghurt and curry paste mixed and the chicken left in the mixture for a while
