Yep,I believe you can buy cookie dough in the US.
Nothing better than sticking your fingers in your lasses bowl and then licking you sticky fingers.

That was always my treat as a kid, to clean out the cake mix bowl. Yum!
When we were kids we always asked my grandmother when she was finished making a cake if we could lick the bowl. We often asked her what the mixture was. She always replied Arsenic. None the wiser we licked the bowl clean.
Shortly after in a round the class quiz the teacher asked the question, What is Arsenic? My hand shot up, eager to please but quickly red faced found out why my grandmother always had a wicked grin when she told us what she'd been making.

I think I like baking cakes because I get to lick the bowl myself. My ex liked cakes, not sure he knew how much pleasure I got from the bowl.... now that sounds wrong too
My Mums Christmas cake mix was the best. In fact I think it tasted even nicer uncooked.
