...I can't help but think that the whole thing stinks to high heaven. There is something not right about all this carry on. Newsnight did not name names, they did a very good job of not naming any names or implicating anyone. Why should the Director General have to resign for Newsnight not naming names or implicating anyone?

I think it's where the buck has stopped. Hat off to the man. Obvious caveat being that I have no inside knowledge of what happened, nor do I know the guy personally.
