Looks great, but I've read some mixed reviews.
Anyone care to share their experiences?

Had one for about 3 years. So far it's made 4665 cups.
Makes great consistent espresso and cappuccino. Pleasure to use.
Gaggia's service is good. (I had a minor issue which they fixed quickly).
If you can pick one up for under £500 then go for it.
