I've been binging on free coconut macaroons on east Midland 1c.

Going home to a G&T before we pop out to see Bat out of Hell the Musical, lucky me...

Breakfast: jam duffnut
Brunch: BBQ chicken breast and bean salad (I know, sorry)
Lunch meat n tatie, sausage roll, twirl. Back on track.

I missed breakfast as i did a fasted ride so for lunch i had a wrap filled with ham,beetroot and roast sweet potato then had a sarnie with the same filling. Pudding was choc from aldi and a magnum, think i made up for missing brekkie!

Morning Snack: 4? Bourbon Creams
Lunch: 2 Slices of Chicken and Ham pie from the Morrisons Deli counter
Afternoon Snack: TBD
Dinner: Basa Fillet and Chips

Roast pork, stuffing and apple sauce baguette with a smattering of crackling was consumed at 1

I don't think I could get a wetherspoons lunch for 2 passed by our expenses police as they would say I wasn't looking after my client well enough
