I had a coffee and an Almond croissant on the way in.

It's national Fish and Chip day, and there's a van parked around the corner in Trinity Square so I'll be having that for lunch 🙂

Watch your teeth on the tyres. They can be quite chewy.

Office birthday cake, (Mine, cup cakes from Co-Op). The usual butties, apple and non-birthday cake for my dinner. Sausage Casserole for tea, and hopefully some of the Cake mini-SWMBO made yesterday for her BF's exam finishing treat.

Can you see a pattern emerging here?

Oh yeah, and I'm going to the pub later. Best make sure I put some effort in on my ride tomorrow, (before I go to the pub for tea and birthday cake). Rather looking forward to this weekend 😀

Full english breakfast in the hotel I'm in. I'm feeling a bit like I shouldn't have done now though. Fortunately I'm out on the road bike for about 100km tomorrow into Surrey, so I stand half a chance of burning some of it off.

Pork pie and sausage roll from the butcher for lunch, maybe with the "needs eating" lasagne i brought in too as that'll be tea otherwise and i quite fancy a curry, so needs must and all.

Nothing exciting until after my ride this eve, when I'll be polishing off a Cowdray Estate pork pie with a side helping of pecorino with truffles, salami and some lovely sharp locally made cheddar and some chips. Probably washed down with a few glasses of wine, since it's my 15th wedding anniversary.

Having been in Dunfermline, and got out of bed at 4am I had a full Scottish breakfast, including the delights of haggis, black pud, square sausage bacon and more!
I should have taken a photo.. I'm still full...!!!

haggis for breakfast. *drool* I'm proper jealous now.

having said that, the rabbit at lunch was bloody awesome, and the two pints of Hyde's Lowry Ale to wash it down were wonderful. Might have to take the missus back there at some point

I will only eat rabbit if it's been killed humanely with a spear and magic helmet.
