Whatever you guys do please do not post that UK cyclist by the name of Victoria P ... something ... she looks funny or that Jessica girl ... sick of seeing her face all over the place.

I can see that I need to change my running warm-up routine. I'd better just watch this again for the 454th time in case I've missed any subtle stretching technique.
