Sometimes, the perfect end to a crappy week is to get home and enjoy that special drink to start the weekend. For me its a martini..the making, the glass, the taste. Whatever works for you, hope you're enjoying the start to the weekend.

Picked up a few bottles of this today at the Cowdray farm shop along with some nice sheep's milk cheese & a huge pork pie. Evening sorted.

CFH - I approve, I'm a convert to Red Cat and that coffee cream stout is delish.

Tonight however, I'm on Hogs Back Hogswallop, fresh from the brewery.

Im in Peebles sat in the camper after having crispy duck and pancakes with a large glass of white wine. No matter how bad a week Im always relaxed once I climb into the camper

Local to HBB yes ๐Ÿ™‚ About 1.5 miles. HBB have Red Cat bottles in their "off licence".

Ah, I get it! Wasn't sure how far the cat had strayed!

If you see any of their C60, get on it!

Had one as few years ago for a party. It was sublime. Big beer tastes better from bigger bottles.

James Squire, 150 Lashes

A lovely IPA from Australia that unfortunately costs an arm and a leg from the aussie store

I'm trapped on the sofa by my almost-4 year old sleeping on top of me, watching Sponge Bob. I daren't move. But there's a glass of Trappistes Rochefort 10 within arm's reach so it's all good.

Awesome - although I am a bit worried my teeth have started to decay already...

Pint of homebrewed lager, which is great because every time i go back to the cask after a couple of weeks it's different as the hops evaporate and the beer lagers. Tonight it's very malty.

And a pint of Wytchwood King Goblin which never disappoints.

A few pints of wild beer company Bibble and a great burger now sipping The English smokey whisky and chilling out.
Very pleasant too.
