Am hosting a webinar tomorrow and we're using DimDim instead of GTM. Don't trust the reliability of their bridging number, plus attendees will have to pay. Seeing as I'm talking to the NHS here, is there a free teleconferencing service they can use?

TIA

Have used this a few times at work. You just pay for the cost of the call (~5p/min).

I agree PWN are good - it's just a case of getting NHS staff to stump up the cash, even if it's just for a one hour call. Sometimes they have to get budget sign-off just for that, and that can takes days! Hence looking for a free option, if one exists.
