I'm only 41 so coming up to the halfway mark 🙂
My NHS Free Prescription Card 🙁
35 years of sport has not been kind to my body.

Bus pass and back pain
still being tired on Tuesday after a heavy Saturday night. how i ever did weekend double headers and still functioned is beyond me. oh, and getting out of bed in the morning is accompanied by a sound track of old man noises
No longer appearing to have a bladder.
What is it that reminds you that your not so young anymore
The mirror most mornings if I forget to avoid it & the barrage of abuse, mocking & mickey take from my children whenever I see them
maybe shouldn't be doing x or y
drinking or dancing & definitely never both at the same time 😳
My very audible crunchy knees. Might have to try singing when I walk down stairs to drown out the noise
Night time tinkling. Thinking it may just be easier to sleep in the bathroom.
Mounting my bike is easier if i just lay it on the floor
Wearing a school uniform to court just doesn't work anymore

Over 40,nothing much. Now in my mid 50's & my hip aches,my eyes are starting to go & worst of all, after ending up with whiplash from some big offs at Les Arcs last summer my confidence seems to have gone. 😥
^^^ Regarding people being younger than you,I was at a Primal Scream gig in Manchester last Saturday & I reckon the young woman dancing next to me would have been a baby or toddler the last time I saw Primal Scream (1994)...
Eyes, fubared.
Teeth, fubared.
Ears, tinnitus.
Knees & ankles, fubared.
Sex life, CBA.
60 in August.
The fact that it takes a few minutes for my legs to remember how they work when I get out of bed in the mornings, more so when I've ridden the day before.
Grey hair - All bloody over me.
Shouting things at my kids that were shouted at me as a teenager.
But this sums it up for me
Brewers droop when I've not had anything to drink
Putting my distance glasses onto my head to read something small
Getting up at 2am to use the loo
Knees click and hurt.
Back twangs just looking at my shoelaces.
VDU monitor font set to 150%
Can't read mobile phone with 4.8" screen.
Involuntary noises when standing up from sitting.
Exercise takes alot of warming up for.
Injuries come out of nowhere and take weeks to recover from.
Safe sex essential, wot wiv me back an' all.
Tiny bladder, half a night's worth at best.
EDIT: Eyebrow, nostril and ear hair all flourishing!
C'mon guys, to add some balance:
51 and recently completed my first arctic ultra race in 38,5hours and will be going back for double the distance next winter - less than half the starters finished
Passing younger riders uphill - they were riding carbon road bikes, me a fatbike!
Facing the third redundancy of my career but not being old enough to collect a pension.
Peering over the top of my glasses at the telly
Seeming to possess the plumbing of a 70 year-old!
My favourite footwear are slippers.
That my get up and go has got up and gone and locked the door behind it.
Looking at 25-year-old girls and realising they're actually rather a bit too young for me 😯
Dovebiker - thanks for that. I'm not quite 40 yet, and I'm hoping to be fitter and do more in my 40's than I ever have. All the other posters had me worried!
Getting attention from women my own age, yuk.
The involuntary noises I make when moving.
On the plus side: as a child I was in awe of my dads ability to get up in the morning and let rip the biggest rasping farts, that would literally rattle the windows for about ten seconds. Like somebody slowly blowing a low note on a tuba, inside a shipping container.
It appears that its hereditary 🙂
Yoot of today taking legal highs
Yoot of today shagging like crazed weasels and using bumsecks as contraception.
For the first time, I struggled to read an OS map yesterday
Comfort rather than fashion where clothes are concerned.
I'd rather not get pissed. The hangover's not worth it.
On the plus side I don't give a toss what others think (unless they're important to me) and I speak my mind.
Memory and general information recall fading fast
Unable to lift legs high enough to put on pants in the morning

50 - 75 = old
75+ living on borrowed time.
I am nearly old , my friends are old . I feel old.
I can barely tolerate alcohol these days. And various joints are painful, though they have been for the past 20-odd years!
Probably fitter than I've ever been (which is good)
Injury recovery seems to take a lot longer (not so good)
My hair seems to be in a race to disappear before it goes grey... 🙂
Tolerance to alcohol seems to have gone AWOL.
By STM's definitions, I'm old. I still fall off my bikes far too often, and the damage takes so long to repair that I'm always carrying multiple injuries, and spending a lot of money on physios and osteopaths. I can't get out of a chair without making an old man noise. Journey planning involves identifying possible opportunities for a leak.
Recovery from exercise, really annoying as I'd quite happily train hard every day if my body could take it.
On the plus side I'm probably stronger and more flexible than I've ever been.
Being constantly tired from pain the arthritis in my neck causes plus the nerve damage in my shoulder means pushing or lifting anything higher than shoulder level is knackering .
In fairness my bodys had some stick - martial arts , wieght training , being a hod carrier , motorbike car mtb and ski crashes haven't helped . At 53 some days I feel closer to 80 .
Knees. Definitely the pain in the knees
Same here. Painful going up and down, stiffness in back of knees. Starting to resort to trekking poles. I blame skiing. Otherwise for an over 60, not too bad.
Saying goodbye to people.
