Can anyone advise on an approximate cost for a 3x3 flat roof replacement, currently felt, leaded on two sides.
In Cheltenham as I guess geography does matter.
If anyone can recommend someone all the better.
Our roof on our flat roofed small semi was done for about eight thousand took off old roof replaced the decking added loads of insulation then a plastic layer . It was done by the flat roof co who give a twenty year guarantee . They fixed a big issue immediately afterwards and have also tried to sort an issue caused by other builders who rerendered our house.
Apparently it is about £80 per square meter for rubber - EDPM I think it is called. That doesn't include insulation or boards.
