a guy I worked with had some 'inflammation' after a vasectomy. He ended up off work for weeks with pus leaking out of his scrotum which had swollen up to grapefruit like size.
One day, as the nurse was changing his dressing he said "What's that in the wound?" the reply 'Your testicle.' meant he didn't watch the next change.
