Wonder how much Carter Ruck charge per hour...

Also wonder who's paying the bill.

The article from that 'tab' link does go a step further and actually says it is the person in question in the photos.

However, and it's a big however, I had a quick click around that site and it seems its more than a bit trashy.

As I said, there's not enough information to go on.

I might be completely and embarrassingly wrong, but I don't think people's lives should be ruined by a baying mob roused by click bait in the media.

Ah, you meant the former (quick edit to) health secretary now the foreign secretary.

Damnit, politics fail!

Although I do hope "hoof them in the Javids" takes off.

To be fair, the way and frequency the front bench has been reshuffled recently, I think people should be given 48 hours grace before others tell them they are wrong..

Our own government can't keep up with the managerial disfunction and complete void of coherent oversight..

This person claims to be a woman. And flashes his dick in public. No. He is not a woman. I used to think ‘no one would go to these lengths to be a bit pervy’. I was wrong.

Seek to catch and convict people who behave that way. We have laws already. Don't let their behaviour restrict the lives of others, or place restrictions on how they identify. Simple really.

Apparantly, non trans people also take rude photos of themselves and post them online.

Well, according to my mate Damian Green anyway......

So what has she actually done wrong? If this was a standard issue mark 1 type 1 woman who was taking pictures of her bits and putting them on a website, would that be an affront against civilisation?

Nudity isn't flashing.

Is there anything wrong or illegal about taking pictures of your knob and posting it online for other like-minded individuals to admire?  Who cares.

It's the haircut that worries me more, that is criminal.

There is a masisve thread on mumsnet feminism chat about this.

https://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/womens_rights/3320513-Jess-Bradley-first-transgender-student-officer-suspended-after-flashing-photos

In fact it’s a two parter as the first thread reached it’s limits

https://www.mumsnet.com/Talk/womens_rights/3321764-Jess-Bradley-suspended-Part-II

Ta, useful to get a female perspective.

I think it must be the outdoors bit that's causing the problem, eg in parks, on buses, trains etc.

I don't have an issue with it personally, just avoid if you don't like it. I wouldn't want to see an erect penis in those situations, in the same way that you don't want to look into a tramps mouth. Both are grim, but I cant see why black teeth and smelly breath in public are legal, yet nudity isn't.

If you flash your dick in public and no-one is around to see it, is it a crime?

Whoa there, are you sure the female perspective on this case can be trusted, (see evidence that all women are sexual predators below), frankly I think it is shocking that they are allowed such liberal access to areas where children may be.

Strictly speaking being nude in public is legal.

Yeah fair enough I get that, I guess I should have said "having a stiffy in a public place", its kind of a sex act right?

Although twitter is now talking about getting witness statements from the survivors. Which implies some were killed, which even then we cannot all agree is a crime. However I haven't seen the pics, but it must be a hell of a weapon.

So did the story develop, or was it simply something 'outrageous' for people to click on for the ad revenue of some questionable websites??

I would assume investigations from NUS are taking place, guess that takes time. Also, Carter Ruck out of the goodness of their hearts, are probably doing what they do best.

MEN less clickbaity for you, tho?

Yes, I'm sure they've taken this case on pro boner.

Sorry, pro bono.

When does this totally rational and reasonable crusade move on to unsolicited dick pics, or former page 3 girls?
