I came across some of these in the recent issue of Living Woods magazine, a publication I would commend to anyone with an interest trees, woodland and timber, http://www.living-woods.com/. Easy to do when your firewood is all the same length and all nicely split into even shaped straight-grained triangles. Unfortunately in real firewoodtrackworld it's never like that!

And have taken out a trial sub of living-woods too. Looks like good "pint-of-beer" reading.
Started on chopping next winters' logs yesterday. Nice to get cracking on it in the sunshine.

I subscribed too, looks like an interesting read. I was looking at Alaskan mills the other night.
