Has anyone recently had Firestone EPBM put onto a flat roof? How much per square metre did you pay? Thanks

About 2.50 for some melted down car tyres held together with mastic I wouldn’t bother a decent 3 layer felt or single ply system will be miles better

Yes, I did my concrete shed roof at Christmas. 4m x 3m was £142 inc. all adhesives.
It went on far better than I was expecting.It even looks like a professional put it up - a far better finsih than I've ever got with roofing felt and nails.
