Corporate racism or just ignorance to national issues within S Africa?

Neither, I don't think - just usual FIFA ineptitude/kickbackism, dodgy ticket deals, corporate sponsors, disappointing inbound tourism, lack of initiative and financial imperative to give tickets to locals/schoolkids/whoever wants them and can show up on the day...
