I saw one of these in action in mallorca earlier this year. Was pretty impressive how it just took off ,flew around for a bit,then landed again.

my client had a gyrocopter in the seychelles.

One of the best things I've been on. skimming a few inches off the water at 60 knots was amazing!

Great if you live in Canada, not so much in the UK: suitable stretches of water being few and far between.

I dunno, the flying boat I saw in mallorca only needed a hundred metres or so to take off and land

you can replace the hull for wheels also.
