Today marks 5 years since my dad died from Motor Neurone Disease following its onset only a few months before so I am feeling a bit low.

Currently live and work 6000 miles from home so the effect is even more so but I do have my fantastic partner to keep me company.

I work for a great company in a great role and know that if it wasn't for my dad I wouldn't have achieved this or what I have achieved in my private life. Thanks mate.

So, if anyone wants to post some inspirational biking pictures to cheer me up and prepare me for tomorrows ride around Bangkok then please do!
