You are your wife's dad?
Don't judge
Present for being an awesome Dad! Are you saying you're not an awesome Dad? ๐
A four pack of tile. I'll never lose my keys again. Or the kids.....
You are your wife's dad?
His profile says he is from Hampshire. The Isle of Wight is in Hampshire. Just sayin!
Cards and a bar of chocolate from the children, they're also playing nicely while I get over a scrumpy induced sore head ๐
Bars of chocolate and breakfast in bed.
A GnR mug and the DVD of 1:Life on the Limit
They seem to know me well!
Nukeproof pedals (that I bought) and a bottle of whiskey that I didn't.
Proper boots for walking the Dog! And a beard care kit! ๐
Very happy as I'm normally up to my knees when walking the dog!
DHD - Nice one!
It could turn out to be a close season once again........
Yeh ben looks like it. Come on the G.O.A.T ๐
A lovely card my daughter (9) did at school listing why she thinks I'm great. Taking her out on her bike, telling bad jokes and cuddles that make her feel special were all on the list!
Lad (13) is about to get back from a weekend Scout camp. He'll give me an unintelligible grunt and a big pile of stinking muddy washing. About 8.30 tonight he'll spot his sister's card and try and remember where he put his.
Chateau Musar
Box of wine gums
From #1 - inspired choices, especially to go for wine from the Bekkar Valley and one of my fav's
Seeing #2 later
I got a drawing that my 3yr old daughter did of me and her made into a tshirt. Love it.

and a Dudeism car sticker
Tiredness. Daughter had a sleepover party last night.
Same as my 30th birthday... naff all! Last time I sort the kids out for mothers day.....
Cheers, Steve
Couple of bottles of IPA, chilling in the fridge, and a card
"Dear my Mate,
Hope you have an excellent day and enjoy the beer
Love J"
Left with my work gear as I had a 4.30am alarm for early start at work this morning, bit dusty first thing at ours, just finished work so hurrying home now.
Two bottles of hobgoblin
Three bars of dark chocolate
A T-Shirt
A sponge and two sachets of turtle wax (with a promise from the kids that they will clean the car)
Very smart Paul Smith watch for best. We live five minutes from the Purity brewery, so Mrs LJ popped in and also picked me up eight bottles of UBU. I'll be making a start on those with my roast dinner tonight. ๐
Pair of Endura Singletrack gloves (I think the wife had input!!!) and a pair of Minion socks ( I think the wife had no input!!)
Nowt so far. Unless you count the passes to go riding then just lie there eating scones and watching F1.
Three home made cards (one from each of them),
A family picture,
A load of chocolate,
A proper family Sunday roast.
I can only presume I get to open my new Nomad CC after tea as I can't find it anywhere. I hope the kids took note of all my hints.
A surprise visit from No1 Son yesterday to let me know that the parcel arriving this week addressed to him is for me! I suspect that it will contain a nice new pair of chainsaw gloves that I've been hinting about.
A cup of tea and a gorgeous card- and a nice bottle of Rich Oak Glenfiddich from Boy #2.
We are all off for a meal later too ๐
Ladybird book of The Dad, several bottles of different beers and a Wile E. Coyote dvd. Plus a big hug from my son (23) which was awsome
Couple of shirts and a pair of shorts for holiday.
However, it was my birthday last weekend and got spoiled rotten with a new pair of prescription Oakleys and a HRM strap so no complaints!
Isto - That's a great t-shirt, brilliant idea!
Lots of Ale talk going on here, too. My brother-in-law had a keg for his BBQ yesterday, Suthwyk (Southwick) Old Dick. It was very good.
I managed to get a couple of pints of Beavertown Gamma Ray in as well from a local pub, that was a treat!
I got a Health conscious fry up for brekkie, a ukulele , some superdry bits, lunch at zizzi then back home to watch the F1 drinking some Japanese blue beer......which was alright....I watched most of the race
Then passed out ๐
I got taken to Ikea. Wondering if she wants rid of me. ๐
I got taken to Ikea.
*shudders*
I got a nice shirt and some liquorice. Then I went out and bought a new self-propelled petrol lawn mower to replace the cheap electric one I have been swearing at for the past three years. Cut the grass this afternoon - took half the time and I barely raised a sweat.
A 46cm paella pan from the eldest & a bottle of Jura Superstition from the youngest.
8 cans of diet coke
Mini lego Star Wars x-wing
Peppa Pig book.
The wife also let me dig holes and postcrete fence posts in. Lucky me.
Hand made cards from my 8,5 and 2 year olds, some ale, an OS map and a Vertebrate guide to the North Dales. Spent the day in Whitby. Happy with that!
A big Toblerone, a chocolate orange, a bag of M&Ms, a box of heroes, two packets of biltong, an iTunes voucher, a rock (that looks suspiciously like it came out of the rockery) with 'My Dad Rocks' painted on it, and possession of the remote control on my return home from work.
Naturally the little one has scoffed the M&Ms, the middle one is halfway through the Toblerone, 'How To Train A Dragon' is on the TV instead of the F1, and I'm heading back to town later to pick the big one up ๐
A big box of All Gold Dark from my kids 4 & 7, which is great in some ways because I am the only one who likes dark chocolate so they were being truly selfless. However I am not sure I will be able to finish the whole box...
Nipped out for a ride and came back to 2 bottles of IPA - yay!
A book full of pictures of the little one and some screwdrivers, that's me happy
Oh, and a big cuddle and a go of her car garage toy

Ladybird book of the Dad here too, and a pass to do a metric century for the first time in about 20 years.
My kids are 22, 21 and 17.
Got two quality clamps (one from each of the elder two) and then hinge drills and some pozi bits from the youngest.
Just what I asked for.
Plus a decent lunch with the wife while we went to the local book festival (jazz in the afternoon and Phill Jupitus talking about stuff). And the youngest drove us there/back ๐
I specifically asked for no money to be spent on me and they did (this is not me being a grumpyarse but I'm not in favour of endless consumerism) but Mrs Ed drove back from FinLaws and we drank great wine. That was what I wanted.
3yo found the card she made and gave it to her mum ๐
Pretty much received nothing here.
A card (only the one, and ripped where she'd removed the price), eldest's school does a pocket money fathers day gift bazaar type thing, so I received a box of minging chocolates and a chilli-salt mill... TBF the chilli salt might well come in handy.
Then my missus took me to brunch (at her favourite place), booked tickets for a circus (I had clearly stated I had no interest in going to), and then we went to my MIL for dinner (so she didn't have to cook)... Now the weather's turned shite in order to scupper my evening ride plans.
And other Dads are getting motoGP tickets and posh whiskey?
I am unimpressed...
I'm gonna waste some money on wiggle, that'll learn her!
